Wow oh wow – such a different feeling of strength and stability in my legs bending from the shin to put weight in my toes then using the thigh to straighten. I never realized it was my knee hyperextension causing the wobbly feelings in poses such as triangle – I have hated that pose for more than 25 years and now I know why. Thank you for this! You’ve changed my practice and given me stability! Yay!
