In today’s video, which is the third in my new series of videos on balancing, I lead you through a short practice that focuses on Extended Hand to Big Toe pose (Utthita Hasta Padangustasana). This pose a standing balance pose that helps to build strength in the legs and supports greater mental focus. This tutorial features prop options to make this pose more accessible as well as variations to challenge—and therefore help to improve—your balance.
