Although long-time yoga teacher Leslie Howard is most well known for her workshops and for book on pelvic health, Pelvic Liberation, she has a lot of other health-related topics that she feels passionate about. One of them is menopause! To find out more about her thoughts about how yoga can help people through this phase of life, I decided to talk with her on Zoom. It turned out to be a great conversation, covering topics including the physiology of menopause, hot flashes, insomnia, fatigue, and loss of vaginal vitality. So today I’m going to share the unedited, half-hour-long recording with you.
