Happy Holidays! Or Happy Last Week of December if you’re not celebrating a holiday! Or Happy New Year a bit early! I’m feeling in a festive mood, so this week is going to be an entire week of presents.


Today’s present is the third chapter “Yoga for Strength” from our book Yoga for Healthy Aging: A Guide to Lifelong Well-Being published by Shambhala.
