Ha-ha.
As a teacher, I try to keep my classes somehow linked to what's happening in the "real" world off the mat. I'd say this fits the ticket nicely. Unfortunately, I did not receive this post until 12/1, so Tofu Turkey Day was well in the past. However, plenty more opportunity to try this, or a variation, during the holidays ahead I'm sure.
Thanks for all the great info and practice tips over the year and for sharing your practice. Om Shanti. –ken stec
I am a Yoga Teacher/Therapist & an Occupational Therapy Practitioner, will be using this one with my clients for sure! Many thanks for your weekly Balance Pose Videos.
Your weekly balance poses are a huge hit with the seniors in my yoga class. Whether it's changing a light bulb or being shot out of a canon, these poses bring a "lightness of being" into our day. Thank you!!!!
