This dynamic sequence is modified version (super happy!) of Dynamic Happy Baby pose. By stretching your legs up and out to the sides, you get more stretch of both your inner thighs and the backs of your thighs (hamstrings). And like Dynamic Happy Baby, this sequence is an excellent hip opener, and is also a good preparation for other yoga poses that involve similar movements of hips, such as Warrior 1 and 2, Extended Side Angle pose, and yoga squats.
