Baxter…great tip….one of my yoga men has made his goal for this year to come into high lunge from dog w/o modifications. I am happy for him and I will pass this tip on to him as he continues his journey.

Gail, if you can get that foot up between your hands with the palms flat on the floor, certainly go for it! However, some will need that 3-4 inches of additional vertical space to smoothly bring the foot forward. Baxter
