This version of Dynamic Bridge pose is the one we described here on the blog and the version that will appear in our forthcoming book Yoga for Healthy Aging, due out in December of 2017. In this version you keep your
arms by your sides and focus on lifting and
lowering your hips and chest to strengthen your back body and open your
front body.
